Showboat Hotel

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are all re-done and absolutely lovely. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We didn't get Internet service on our tv and our phones. They kindly upgraded our room to a bigger room with Internet with no extra cost to us. Being on the water it's magical. Such breathtaking views. We most certainly will be back to stay next summer.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the Showboat Hotel! You can't beat the price to be right on the water on Seneca Lake. Beautiful setting and the staff is great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Bri the manager. She really seems to care about the property and was seen popping all around to make sure all was well. We were able to bring our dog for a small fee which was great too. They have a nice restaurant/ bar area (food was very good) with extensive dock for boats, fishing, music and hanging out. The property itself is older but you can tell the owners put a lot of work and effort into refurbishing the rooms. My wife and I really loved how they were decorated. They looked great and were clean and neat. Our air conditioner had a hard time keeping up and was a bit noisy but it was really hot too. Aside from that, we had a really nice time and would definitely go back. We don't live too far away but if you want to stay somewhere on the finger lakes and not break the bank, this is the perfect place!

We stayed August 2025, mid week, Wed./Thursday. Very nice room, room 10, second floor overlooking lake. Had room with balcony, excellent view of lake, small fridge in room, bathroom very modern and spotless. Must use stairs, no elevator. very peaceful and relaxing. Clean, comfortable rooms. bar and restaurant a very short convenient walk across driveway. Laura & restaurant staff was very nice and professional. food and drinks were excellent!

My husband and I wanted to get away for a weekend. While this was an off season visit we felt welcomed and the entire check in process was super easy. We had the cabin, it's back behind other buildings (great site) quiet, private and very comfortable. It was a chilly day yet when we arrived the heaters were on so we walked into a warm welcoming cabin. Great experience!

We really enjoyed our time at the Showboat Hotel. Ashley was especially helpful to us as we checked in to our room . Our accommodations were newly renovated and clean. We loved our balcony overlooking the lake. The pool was refreshing and well maintained. We spent time at the restaurant and enjoyed the food and drinks while being so close to the water. I loved the fact that there were many places where you could sit outside and enjoy nature. The bonfire at night was also really pleasant. Even though the hotel was fairly booked, it was not noisy at all. I would return in a heartbeat

I visited last weekend for an all ladies motorcycle getaway. Resort was perfect for all are needs, great view, pool, bar, restaurant, live music and great rides. Bri, Doug and Dan were outstanding and meet all our needs. We had a great time and will be back to stay again

First and foremost, the manager Bri, is amazing. I watched her work her butt off to make sure everyone was happy and had what they needed!!! She is a gem! The Showboat had everything we needed for a short weekend away. Live bands on Friday and Saturday night. We sat outside of our room looked at the lake, watched people and listened to music. Very fun and comfortable vibes! We had some appetizers in the restaurant and drinks on the deck as well. We seriously did not want to leave!!! Looking forward to staying there again. Disliked · The bartenders all seemed very flustered when they were a little busy. I think they need one more bartender dedicated to just being a bartender, not helping servers or running for food. My idea of busy is 2 deep at the bar. The bar wasn't even full , and the girls were struggling. Well served customers are happy customers!

Our updated room was equipped with everything we needed, providing a lovely and comfortable stay that allowed us to sleep soundly. We also appreciated the ample hot water for a pleasant shower. While this is primarily a self-service accommodation, the staff were always prompt and helpful whenever we requested assistance.
